A: It is available only from April 15 to November 30 each year. This covers the main active cottage season and most storm risks in the Perth, Westport, and Lanark County area.
Outside this window we offer our standard one-time checks for general peace of mind.

A: You will receive priority delivered timestamped photos and a quick summary of your cottage condition including out buildings, dock condition and any observed hazards when evident.
